    BOXING FUNDAMENTALS (ALL LEVELS)

    A technically focused class centered on core boxing fundamentals while integrating full body strength and conditioning. Develop proper stance, footwork, punch mechanics, and defensive awareness while building strength, endurance, and coordination. Designed to build a strong base for beginners and sharpen fundamentals for experienced boxers.

    Strength Boxing (Lower Body Conditioning)

    A lower-body focused class built to develop strength, stability, and explosive movement. Emphasizes legs and hips through strength and conditioning while integrating footwork and boxing drills to improve balance and control.


    TUE 6:15PM


    STRENGTH BOXING (UPPER BODY CONDITIONING)

    An upper-body focused class designed to build punching power, strength, and muscular endurance. Combines targeted strength work for the shoulders, chest, back, and arms with boxing drills to improve power and precision.


    WED 6:15PM


    TECHNICAL BOXING (INTERMEDIATE)

    A skill-driven class focused on developing more advanced boxing technique and overall movement. Builds on foundational skills with more complex combinations, defensive sequences, and situational drills. Emphasizes timing, control, and fluid transitions while sharpening precision and efficiency. Designed for those with prior experience.


    THURS 6:15PM


    PADWORK

    A partner-based class centered on pad work to refine timing, accuracy, and combination flow. Focuses on technical execution, reaction, and conditioning through structured rounds on the pads.
